EVERY “NO” has A REASON

Who remembers this story? No one much. Initially I did not want to be seen on national TV, in fact in the whole of Africa, pitching my passion and being told that I am not eligible for funding. What did they mean I was not eligible. Did they not see that I had gold in my hands? The fact of the matter is that I was not ready for that funding. Looking back I can see how I was not ready to be funded.

It was hair being so dry that propelled me into this journey. I was working for a major South African bank, studying my for my Masters Degree because guess what?
